About Diane
I bring personal training to my clients. Usually their house or park or location of choice. Now I also offer virtual training sessions via FaceTime, Google Duo, or Zoom. I have equipment to bring but some people have their own. Sessions last 45 min to an hour. Each session focuses on any/all of the following: strength, cardio, core, balance, & nutritional counseling, depending upon your goals. I strive to help clients live a healthier lifestyle.
I enjoy helping people get healthier. Finding little ways to move more & eat better improves everyone's quality of life.

I offer a free health and fitness assessment. It’s an opportunity for us to meet at your home, coffee shop, or virtually and get to know each other a bit. Discuss goals and programs to see if we are a good fit for each other.
My clients range from 15-72 years old. Some are athletes prepping for a sport or event. Some just want a good workout to stay healthy in life.

Details
Each workout is yours to keep. There are no contracts. Prices per session range from $45-$90 each, depending upon frequency, if you’re sharing a session, virtual vs in person, and how many sessions purchased.
