About Brandon

Proven leader through hard work and sticking to the mission of helping those who seek it and are ready to change their lives for the better. I have experience and schooling behind the health field, not just some ceritification. I have over three years experience with training. I graduated with my bachelors in Health and Physical Education with my concentration being Human Performance as well as a minor in personal training. I have proved to be a leader by taking on the position of President of the Exercise Science Club for 2 years. I have interned at several gyms and currently work part time at one now. I've been involved in this lifestyle since I was 15. I was in a gym since 8th grade. Sports and the gym were my two havens. I am always happier when I am at a place where I can better myself or others.

About the lesson

Getting to know their lifestyle. Then implementing instruction to not only fit their lifestyle but better it. I like to create a relationship with the client so that the client is not only comfortbale but willing to push through barriers as I build them the healthy lifestyle they need to push through.

Older, younger, male & female, beginners, experienced.

Probably Christmas because I get to watch my little girl unwrap presents and see her face light up with joy!

He isn’t there to just earn a dollar off of a client, it is his desire and goal to make you a better person physically. Brandon’s personality also allows for and creates a very comfortable learning environment, never does he come off demeaning or insensitive. This, coupled with his deep and profound fitness knowledge, makes him a very well rounded trainer. I have been lifting seriously for about 4-5 years now and feel I have a very solid understanding of exercises and their impact on the body. Brandon is able to introduce new things to me that I never would have thought of and explain in detail the impact on the muscles. To me, that is one of the most important things, being able to keep things fresh for an experienced lifter like myself and avoid letting workouts become boring and stale.
