About Samantha

Hello,

My name is Samantha, and I am a personal trainer. I have over 23 years of experience in the field and hold six certifications. I also have a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, a minor in psychology, and a master’s degree in occupational therapy.

I offer both online and in-person training sessions. I have worked with clients of all ages and with diverse goals. I am passionate about my work and believe that my affordable pricing will inspire you to train.

I started in the fitness world as a martial artist and then found a love in fitness.

I have a bachelors in kinesiology as well as 6 Certifications in personal training

I do a basic work out to see your level and skill and build from there to make the perfect program for you

i have worked with so many people different clients from elderly to youth. from limited to extreme athletic.

Perfect! Samantha has changed my life! She messaged back within several min of enquiring. We had our first phone conversation within the hour. Her voice was friendly. From our first phone conversation I felt understood. She understood my fitness goals and the feeling behind needing to achieve it. We quickly scheduled and started our trainings through FaceTime. My posture and weights were corrected as needed. I’ve done 2 programs and each one was on point to reaching my specific goals at that time. I love that she can give a push and tough love when it is needed. Her experience in her own life trainings makes her a force you want to encounter. Her educational background and experience in her own trainings far exceeds anyone I have ever met. She is patient and determined to ensuring I reach my goals. I have grown to love my body and enjoy eating. I’ve enjoyed watching the change in my muscle tone! Ive gained muscle that is sculpted. I’ve lost inches and fat. The numbers prove it and I am told by family and friends how much I have changed. I have become a better hiker & runner because of Samantha! I’m excited to have started a 3rd program this week!

Samantha is easy to talk too and she listens to any questions or concerns I have. The workouts are great, challenging but worth it. It has been a month now, and I already feel strength in the arms, my upper body and my core. I still have a lot to work on but she is always there to listen and help. She is flexible with her schedule. At times I would have to reschedule due to unexpected changes in my work schedule but we find the time to make it work. She is amazing, kind, very patient and willing to explain how the workouts work for me. She works with my pace but knows what I am capable of. I am so grateful to have her as my personal trainer!
