About Jose
Nasm certified Personal trainer/Licensed physical therapist assistant. Through this combined knowledge and education, I take a functional based approach. Combining both exercise physiology, and physical therapy techniques so that you not only look better, but feel better as well. My approach is backed up by REAL education and REAL degrees/certifications. With years of experience in the medical field working with a range of patients, including patients with chronic back pain, stroke patients and more, you can rest assured that I am prepared to help you start your fitness journey. I've loved working out & physical activity since I was young. However I didn't always have the confidence, and self esteem I do now. Working out helped me to change myself into a much better version of myself. One with much more confidence, and positivity. What I love about this career is getting the chance to improve other people's lives, and help them achieve the metamorphosis that I achieved through fitness. Getting to help people make the same journey I did, is a blessing.

Most of work up till now has been in the medical field. I've provided Phsycial therapy sessions to a wide variety of patients for the purpose of pain relief, injury rehabilitation, and improving overall function/capabilities of the individual. This ranger of people I've worked with includes children, toddlers, young adults, middle age, and geriatric population including above the age of 90. This includes individuals who suffered from injuries(past and present), neurological ailments(such as strokes) and other physical conditions as well.(such as scoliosis).
Make sure you look for someone who is educated and back up their methods through actual science and experience. Don't pick someone based off of their body.
