About Shana
1-on- personal training is now available in our office or we can train you in the comfort of your home.
We will focus on using your bodyweight and resistance bands. Workouts with be designed specifically for you.
Together we will get you feeling better, moving better, and increase your energy levels using minimal equipment.
Shana is a NASM certified personal trainer who is passionate about helping clients become better versions of themselves through fitness and exercise.
