About
Hey there, I’m Jer, the most unique personal trainer you’ve met! I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology and am a certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach. I’ve trained friends, family and professionally. The most unique thing about my training style is that I do not believe in training for weight loss. Weight has way too many variables to simply be controlled through exercising and my philosophy is to work toward other, realistic, gratifying goals such as strength, endurance, power, flexibility, mobility and self-confidence. I love helping people learn how to exercise, I love watching them gain strength and confidence. I am excited to help you on your journey!
