The duration of my programs are month to month, 6 month and 12 month. Session frequency ranges from 2 times a month to 5 times a week. Price per session depends on duration and frequency choice. The median price per session is $30 a session.
Included with all programs is one on one sessions, customized meal plans and customized workouts. Accountability is insured using my online app.
