She makes sure that you understand your individualized plan and that you are comfortable with the goals that she sets for you. Also, I love that you don't have to even live near Jenna to get coaching. By providing her with information on yourself, she creates a plan that is unique to your lifestyle and activity. I have enjoyed learning more about macros and not have her just throw a plan at me. She really makes sure that you are learning so that it can be a lifestyle, not a phase that is over when coaching ends. I'm excited to see more changes in my energy, health, and physique as I continue coaching with her!
