About Andy
Because I care about my clients, and I make exercise accessible and (hopefully) entertaining! I never schedule multiple clients at once, unless requested. On top of that I will never make a client do something if I don’t feel they are capable of it, or I haven’t first taught them how to do it.
I have been coaching in various forms (swimming, boxing, and jiu jitsu) for 15+ years, and personal training for about 8. I have worked with youth, elderly, underweight, overweight, etc.
One of my greatest passions is getting people in to fitness! It honestly does not feel like work to me, and I gets an immense amount of joy out of spreading what I love to do
