About Koji

Hello I have been a personal trainer for the past 8+ years. I started personal training in San Francisco and continued in New York where I worked with various age/injury/goals and feel very comfortable training anyone. I recently moved to Seattle last year and am looking to find new clients. I make sure our sessions are not only focused, but fun and creative as well.

I have a passion for fitness and love working with people. My favorite thing is seeing the progress my clients make, achieving their goals, and helping them move stronger, better and pain free.

Started training HS athletes in college then took a job as a personal trainer after college.

Bachlors degree in Kinesiology from San Jose State University

NSCA- Certified Personal Trainer

Precision Nutrition Certification

Strength and Conditioning Internship Academy of Art U

CPR/AED- current

About the lesson

Typically I will ask new clients to fill out an intro questionnaire and then schedule a time/day to meet in person. Then we will discuss futher details about goals, fitness profile, sessions, etc. After we will train, there I can see how you move and begin to build an appropriate program for you.

All ages fro 16-75 years old. Athletes to clients that have major life changing injuries.
