About Daniel
My name is Coach Daniel and I love helping people reach their fitness goals, it is my passion, I grew up as a skinny kid and I couldn’t gain any muscle for years, but then I cracked the code on gaining muscle as a hardgainer and an ectomorph, then in my powerlifting years I gained a ton of weight and was considered obese and then I lost 50lbs, so I can help you because I’ve been in your shoes myself. I offer a 12 week online coaching program where I work with you one on one you will get customized workouts via phone app or any mobile device, this app is where you would track your workouts and I would track what you have done, weekly accountability check ins and 24hour access to my email for questions or concerns throughout the program.

First we’ll do a fitness and nutrition assessment to see where they’re at, then talk about their goals and what’s really stopping them from reaching their goals. We’ll get down to the root cause of their problems which is more than jut not knowing nutrition or how to work out correctly, then see if we’re compatible to work together if we vibe together and if we’re a good math
