About Krystal
I was in real estate school and had just passed the exam when I chose to go a different rout into my passion for helping and training others in fitness.
I have worked as a trainer for 3 years in two well known gyms in Maryland and independently as a personal trainer for 2 years as well. I have been trained by other trainers and worked with other trainers for years as well as achieving a Physical Trainer Certification and a Senior Personal Trainer Certification.

First we need to speak about and do some light physical testing to see if there are any disabilities, physical limitations, or functional limitations.
Then we meet as much as 2-5 days a week for 3-12 weeks for instructions on how to excersize safely and effectively. During this time I will show you how to move safely, test your strength and capabilities, and teach you how to work out so it ACTUALLY WORKS!
Then i make you a monthly workout program created for your goals with a fun variety of activities and workouts you have learned with me.
You do the monthly workout and meet with me 1-3 times a week for coaching,goal setting, more learning, and observation. (progression or regression is determined during these trainings)
Students of all ages including children, adults, couples, and seniors.
People with all different health conditions and physical handicaps as well as athletes and healthy individuals with individual goals.
