From AaronWes Athletics LLC we'd like to introduce you to our new service @MySpotter! MySpotter is our gym companion service, open to all ages and fitness levels. A gym partner for hire...not to sure about signing up with a personal trainer or had a bad experience but you still want help? MySpotter pairs you up with a gym partner to workout with you. no pressure, no worries, just a good solid spotter.
We love to see people surprise themselves with the gains and losses...to witness our clients acomplish something they thought impossible! We are in the business of strengthening our weaknesses, building good relationships, and having fun.
Years of competition I needed a back up plan after I sustained a MCL tear, that unfortunately kept me inactive for 3 years. But I recovered quickly without rehab and started strength training myself, by the second year I could do 235lb squats without pain.
8 yrs of mma/kickboxing competition
15yr All around athletics
6yrs of personal training experience
12 yrs of construction labor which helps maintain constant physical activity
