About Chris
I'm a 15-year Krav Maga practitioner and level 2 Dan instructor no one in my region teaches Krav Maga like I do to prepare people for real practical life situations . My goal is to get people ready for whatever may happen and not to sign him/her up for lessons forever Krav Maga is a practical use self defense system not a sport like what most people are teaching nowadays our goal is to get home safe
I love working out myself and the fact that I get to teach people how to defend themselves grow their confidence gets stronger walk with their head up in the shoulders back and feel free to travel and do as they please and now they will be safe
I've been training at Krav Maga for 16 years I've been in instructor for nine years . I boxed for 6 years I've trained jujitsu for five years Muay thi for six years plus Filipino knife fighting for three years.
I am one of the highest level Krav Maga practitioners in the country and I am a tactics expert . I am an active instructor I still train to this day.

We start with the intro session we work on basic stances and movements basic combatives. Our goal is to figure out their condition level and put them in the best program to help them be successful after, that we figure out their schedule and then they'll purchase a package and can start their training from there 💪🏽
