About David
Individual and small group personal training wherever and whenever you need your training and fitness to be. At your home, office, fitness center or park. Development of individualized personal training programs that include weight loss, core training, muscular development and balance, post-rehab, sports conditioning, and postural improvements.
Build individualized programs and services that promote healthy living and attainment of fitness and lifestyle goals. Healthy living components include physical exercise, weight management, healthy eating, and stress management. and management of chronic health issues. Training programs are designed to educate clients so they can gradually and safely commit to long-term exercise and healthy living goals.
I'm an American Fitness and Aerobics Association (AFAA) certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. I have been a personal trainer and coach at Title Boxing and a sports performance instructor at Gold's gym for more than 8 years. I also work with special populations. Older persons, people with chronic health problems and children. I also teach TRX, kettlebell, core conditioning and stretch classes.
