About Christopher
Compact Health & Fitness is a company program that was conceptionalized through my life's experience. From Athlete, Father, Wellness Coach, Business Management, Paramedic, High Angle Rescue EMS, AHA Trainer, College Student, Failures and successes and wanting to help. We all have a story and we are all different so our company works on your nutrition, wellness and fitness customized to you. Not a cookie cutter program but very thorough "you" program!

Prehospital Medicine degree, EMT, Paramedic, High Angle Rescue, Business Management Linfield, NASM Personal Trainer, minor in nutrition, life long athlete, competitive Boxing, Baseball, Softball, Weight Training, Wellness Coach, Boxing strainer, Gym design for business or personal and American Heart Association BLS Trainer, CPR / First Aid Trainer.
