About Vanessa
Having over 17 years of live performance and recording studio experience, Vanessa fosters the fresh voices of the Atlanta music scene with authenticity and soul. She offers online vocal coaching with the renowned Jan Smith Studios.
I have completed the advanced professional certificate program at Berklee College of Music and a longterm mentorship at Jan Smith Studios with the world renowned coach, Mama Jan Smith. I have spent countless hours in the recording studio, working on my own projects and as a session vocalist. I've created sample packs with Cymatics, and done background and demo vocals for other artists, local producers and songwriters. My live performance background is very diverse, having sung with the Atlanta-based psychedelic funk band, Voodoo Visionary, as well as with church worship teams, as a solo artist, and I've landed a spot in the final four of The Voice on Snapchat.
