About Lorraine
Being a musician and music teacher all my life, I have the experience of teaching students from age 4 to adulthood. I have performed in many styles of music through singing, playing the guitar, keyboard, and percussion instruments. I'm an accomplished dancer as well.
Music can bring job to everyone 's life. When you can create music as well as perform it, it is even more enriching
I will help the student craft their unique gift so they will will be more accomplished and confident to perform.
This is my third decade of teaching. I have performed in choirs, an opera, churches, social gatherings, library events, weddings. My students have performed at the Harlem Globetrotters game, in school at concerts, and created their own original musical.
I teach dance, percussion and woodwind instruments and voice.
I'm certified to teach music Pre K-12, I have taught children's Zumba classes as well and a summer arts camp called: 'Singing and Dancing through the Decades', for several years.
