About Jeff

Footwork and athleticism are instrumental across all sports. Using the same speed techniques taught at the collegiate and professional level, our goal is to optimize speed, agility and athleticism to help our clients become superior athletes.

I enjoy being able to watch each athlete grow and achieve every goal that they set for themselves throughout the training experienc.

Started teaching youth athletes during my time playing with the buckeyes at our summer camps and realized kids in the midwest were behind the curve on speed and agility training.

Former 2014 National Champion.

Ohio State football player 2012-2015.

IMG WR Coach 2016-2018.

Owner of Greene Speed Academy.

About the lesson

Each student comes in for a free 60 minute to discuss areas of improvement and to plan out their custom training program.

I’ve trained athletes who are beginners starting at age 6 to professional athletes.

Make sure the instructor has knowledge and your best interest as an individual.

My company Greene Speed Academy hosted its 2nd Annual Speed and Agility Camp with 200 campers.
