About Yusuf
You’re probably wondering how me, an 18 year old has 4 years of tutoring experience.
My name is Yusuf and I am an experienced tutor currently studying A-Levels in Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science, with predicted high grades across all subjects and 8s and 9s in all of my GCSEs.
I have over 4 years of teaching experience working with children of different ages and abilities, both online and in person. This was done through my ability to understand content and the subject at hand which allowed me to excel beyond my peers and then be able to teach others based on such. Also, I’ve been blessed with such amazing teachers at GCSE and A-Levels and with their unique style of teaching, which I magpie, has also helped in my teaching ability.
Alongside teaching academic subjects such as GCSE Maths, English and Science, I have developed the ability to teach these subjects proficiently.
I am also able to teach A-Level Maths, A-Level Physics (AQA) as I’ve been trained in Physics thoroughly.
Although I’m quite young, it is my passion to teach and become a teacher later down in my career. I think that because of my well-grounded understanding of all my subjects I am able to teach them.
As I have just finished applying to uni, I’ve been given a conditional offer by King's College for Physics, which I have accepted.

I ensure my students understand the content and concepts back to front. I make lessons as engaging as possible as I am quite young myself so I understand what it feels like to do something that you may not be good at or may not enjoy.
Students can choose to enrol in a programme which will identify their weaknesses after a short verbal conversation that will allow me to gauge their current level, strengths and weaknesses. This will then help me tailor content which I’ll teach them and will end on application of their new understanding.
