About Shanelle

Hello, I'm Shanelle, and I'm based in London. I have achieved a level 7 in both GCSE English (literature and language) and Maths. I am bilingual, fluent in both English and Arabic (from Lebanon).

My background in healthcare has provided me with extensive experience in interacting with individuals of varying needs.

Additionally, I have been a nanny for the same family for 5 years, which has taught me the value of taking the time to understand each child's unique learning style. I believe that building trust and respect with my students allows me to tailor my teaching approach to suit their individual needs and preferences.

As a university student, I understand the importance of making connections between knowledge and understanding. I strive to help my students achieve this, as I believe it is the key to permanent and applicable learning.

About the lesson

I believe in creating an engaging and motivating learning environment. I achieve this through interactive tasks that I personally make and adapt to each student's unique needs and learning style.

I monitor my students' progress weekly and provide personalized end-of-month reviews that highlight their strengths and weaknesses. Using this feedback, I identify challenges and create alternative resources to help my students overcome them.
