About Hazel

Hi! My name is Hazel.

I’m a STEM girlie currently studying Civil Engineering, and I’ve been tutoring math since high school. With 5 years of tutoring experience, a 94.45 ATAR, and a background teaching students from ages 5 to 17 (including special needs kids), I love helping students feel capable and confident in their work.

Alongside my engineering studies, I’ve also worked as a formal Visual Arts teacher at an art center. Now, I teach art privately for students who want to build skills and explore their creativity, without the rigid, structured pressure of a traditional center.

Having gone through the HSC myself, I hated tutoring that felt like an extra high-pressure class. I promise no "omg I need to be super smart" vibes here! I’m chill, friendly, patient, and focused on making learning engaging and stress-free.

Lesson Length: Standard lessons are 1 hour, but I am completely flexible depending on age and focus level.

Location: Online (easy and flexible from home).
