About Mohannad

I am a Mathematics and Computer Science instructor at Universiti Malaya, with over 20 years of professional experience in technology, problem-solving, and education.

I am currently awaiting my PhD viva in Computer Science at Universiti Malaya, where my research focuses on Artificial Intelligence and reliable evaluation methods. I also have experience teaching university-level Mathematics and Data Science.

Teaching is something I genuinely enjoy. I believe Mathematics should be understandable, engaging, and accessible to every student, regardless of their starting level.

My approach is patient, supportive, and focused on building confidence. I enjoy breaking down complex concepts into simple steps and helping students develop the skills to solve problems independently.

Whether working with young learners taking their first steps in Mathematics or older students preparing for academic challenges, my goal is to create a positive learning experience and help every student reach their potential.

About the lesson

I believe that every student can improve in Mathematics with the right guidance, patience, and teaching approach.

As a Mathematics instructor at Universiti Malaya, I combine academic teaching experience with over 20 years of professional experience in technology and problem-solving.

My lessons focus on building strong mathematical foundations, developing logical thinking, and helping students gain confidence in solving problems independently.

**My teaching approach includes:**
- Assessing each student's current level and identifying learning gaps.
- Explaining mathematical concepts step by step using clear, practical examples.
- Encouraging active participation through interactive exercises and guided problem-solving.
- Adapting lessons to each student's pace, school curriculum, and learning goals.
- Reviewing progress regularly to strengthen understanding and confidence.

**Lesson duration:** Typically 30–60 minutes, depending on the student's age, level, and needs.

**Who can benefit:** Primary and secondary school students, including those following the British curriculum, as well as university students seeking support with foundational Mathematics.

My goal is not simply to help students find the correct answer, but to ensure they understand how and why the solution works.
