About Sandra

I am a passionate Mathematics tutor with 7 years of teaching experience, helping students develop stronger academic foundations and greater confidence in the subject. I work with learners from K-12 through the first year of college, adapting my teaching approach to suit different abilities, goals, and learning styles.

My teaching philosophy is centered on clarity, patience, and active learning. I believe Mathematics becomes much easier when students understand the reasoning behind each method rather than simply memorizing formulas. My goal is not simply to help students find the correct answer, but to help them understand why the solution works. With consistent practice and personalised guidance, students can strengthen their skills, overcome mathematical difficulties, and become more confident independent learners.
