About Luken

I am an enthusiastic Trumpet tutor with 18+ years of teaching experience. Helping school and college students discover the joy of music has been one of the most meaningful parts of my career. I believe every learner can succeed with the right guidance and encouragement.

My lessons focus on breathing exercises, posture, embouchure development, articulation, tone production, rhythm, scales, sight-reading, ear training, music theory, and performance preparation. I make every lesson interactive by combining practical activities with clear explanations.

One of the most rewarding milestones in my career has been seeing students develop from beginners into confident performers. Their achievements remind me that dedication and regular practice create lasting success.

I create a classroom where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. Every lesson encourages curiosity, confidence, and continuous improvement.

My mission is to help students become skilled trumpet players while developing discipline, creativity, patience, and a lifelong appreciation for music. I enjoy supporting every learner as they achieve their personal and musical goals.

About the lesson

My teaching approach focuses on helping students build a strong foundation in trumpet while enjoying the learning process. I create personalised lessons that support students at different levels and help them achieve their musical goals.

Motivation inspires students to continue learning with confidence. I encourage regular practice and celebrate every improvement to keep students excited.

Communication is important for successful learning. I explain every lesson in simple English, provide clear demonstrations, and encourage students to participate actively.

Integrity reflects my commitment to students. I provide honest advice, respectful support, and constructive feedback to help students grow.

Creativity makes lessons more engaging. Students practice breathing techniques, rhythm exercises, articulation skills, improvisation, musical expression, and performance preparation.

Besides trumpet, I also teach music theory, sight-reading, ear training, rhythm development, ensemble performance, beginner arranging, and music appreciation. My goal is to help students become confident and creative musicians.
