About Eve

I have worked with a small handful of students prior, ages ranging between 8 - 16.

I have helped them achieve from anything as little as the understanding of basic maths and English to quadratics and algebra - helping them achieve their SATs and GCSEs.

About the lesson

Qualified through to A level within Maths, Chemistry, History, Psychology and a double diploma in Sport. All high passes. Ongoing within level 3 ATT.

Lessons to be structured with an initial test on learning types followed by an initial general test to assess subject areas which may seem to be of a lacking... etc.

Students I have taught previously vary from SATs to GCSE level - I help all and anyone I can, and I am happy to discuss alternatives/ options or ideas you may have.

I am friendly, polite and easy to talk to - my teaching methods are tailored around my students which is why I ask them to take a learning styles questionnaire before our lessons begin.

Perfect! Eve has done 4 (i think) of the 10 lessons booked to date and Holly's confidence and willingness to get stuck into Maths has gone through the roof! Eve is very thorough and has the personality to bring the best out of Holly. We are delighted with the results/progress so far and will no doubt be looking to book further sesssions with Eve well into the New Year.

Tutoring Holly has been an absolute delight and I cannot stress enough the great response and progression Holly has made in the last few weeks. It is amazing to see Holly starting to voice her gut workings when going through the maths topics than giving up or guessing hesitantly. She has incredible potential and it’s definitely beginning to shine.

Having known Eve through our local primary school, I already knew she would be a perfect motivation for my girls.

Although my girls were working at different levels, Eve was amazingly organised and patient with the both of them and gave them such attention, even provided non - academic ways/ tips to help with their reading which really made a difference! Lovely girl.
