About Temi
Hi, my name is Temi, I am a qualified Occupational Therapist. I offer mental and emotional support to individuals struggling with personal life issues or those who feel stuck in a rut. My academic background in Occupational Therapy involves working with hundreds of clients who have experienced mental health conditions, emotional pain and lifestyle deterioration. I serve individuals to restructure and redesign their lives in order to achieve their goals. My core concepts include self care, goals, self discovery, positive affirmations and breaking mental barriers.
