About Araoune

For several years, I've had the privilege of coaching groups of children within our club as well as several online players. Drawing inspiration from the world's top chess experts, my teaching method has led to numerous victories in national and continental championships with my students. As a player, my dedication to chess has spanned 15 years. I take pride in achieving the title of FIDE Master and participating in big events such as the World Chess Olympiad. Every master was once a beginner so my goal is to share my love of chess with my students, whether you're just starting or seeking to improve your skills.

About the lesson

My teaching approach focuses on understanding each student's unique needs and goals. I emphasize the importance of grasping the
underlying principles of chess, rather than merely memorizing moves. My methodology includes:

-Developing a strong foundation in chess strategies and tactics
-Encouraging students to think independently and creatively
-Analyzing games and positions to identify areas of improvement
-Providing personalized feedback and guidance to help students overcome challenges and reach their goals

He challenges me to not haphazardly guess my moves, but to come up with ideas that are fundamental to the position before coming up with a solution. The lessons are fun, insightful, and tailored to your needs, and he is not afraid to give constructive criticism whenever it is required. The lessons are very diverse as well, with a good mix of opening, middle game, and endgame studies, combined with game reviews to analyze areas of potential improvement in your play. Would recommend to anyone interested in seriously improving their game.
