About Neha
Hi, my name is Neha and I'm a first-year Bachelor of Arts student who is deeply passionate about helping others - both inside and outside the classroom. I've always been drawn to understanding people, supporting them through their challenges and encouraging growth. That's one of the reasons I chose to pursue a BA, with the hope of one day working in a field where I can make a meaningful impact. As someone who has only recently completed high school, I still clearly remember the pressure, confusion and emotional ups and downs that come with being a student. Because of that, I feel I can genuinely relate to younger learners and create a space where they feel understood and supported. I'm naturally empathetic and patient, and I strive to approach every student with kindness and understanding. My goal is to not only help students improve their academic performance but also build their self-esteem, motivation and love for learning. I believe that teaching is about more than just marks - it's about empowering individuals to believe in themselves and their potential.

As a first-year BA student who has just come out of the school system myself, I truly understand how overwhelming and stressful school can be. I've recently been through the same experiences, so I deeply resonate with what many students are going through - whether it's academic pressure, self-doubt or just needing someone to listen and support them.
That's why my approach to tutoring goes beyond the classroom. I aim to create a safe, encouraging space where students feel heard, understood and motivated. I want to be more than just a tutor - I want to be a consistent, positive presence in their learning journey.
I teach in English and focus on subjects like English, Life Orientation and Life Skills for preparatory and high school learners. My lessons are calm, supportive and personalised to suit each student's pace and style. I take my time to break down difficult concepts and help students feel confident in their ability to succeed.
Above all, I want my students to know that they are not alone and that they are more than capable of achieving their goals with the right support.
