About Shashwata
I’m a passionate fitness coach and powerlifter who believes in training with purpose, balance, and mindfulness. Having learned through my own journey of trial, error, and growth, I want to share my knowledge to help others train smarter, avoid injuries, and build confidence—both physically and mentally. My goal is to make fitness approachable, sustainable, and empowering for everyone who steps into the gym.

I’m Shashwata, a powerlifter and coach who believes fitness is about more than lifting weights. My coaching blends strength, conditioning, and mindful movement with a strong focus on mental health, body positivity, and sustainable progress. I work with beginners and intermediates who want to build strength, lose fat, or grow muscle; without falling into toxic fitness culture. For me, training isn’t about chasing perfection; it’s about improving confidence, energy, and self-acceptance while still pushing your limits. As someone who values balance, I design programs that are effective yet realistic; prioritizing proper form, injury prevention, recovery, and stress management. I want my athletes to enjoy training, not fear it. Fitness should empower you, not break you down. That’s why my approach is beginner-friendly, and holistic, helping you strengthen both body and mind, while building a healthier relationship with food, exercise, and yourself.
