About TIFFANY
Hello I'm Tiffany and I am a RYT-200 Certified Yoga Instructor. I graduated from The Breathing Room. I have been teaching Yoga for almost 3 years. I am passionate about helping those who are new to yoga and are wanting to learn more.

My classes are based off of the student's needs and abilities. I teach Restorative classes that help reduce stress, improves flexibility, and increases body awareness. You will learn several poses that can be used in everyday life and how to make these poses more accessible by using yoga props or materials from your home.
