About Ira
I am a former international engineering student here in Canada. Originally from Albania where i graduated from high school. I have successfully completed English Program (ESL-EAP: English for Academic Purposes) at University of Calgary with upstanding grades. Now I am taking a break from University, going back soon to finish my degree.

Focusing on and explaining USEFUL information. Patience and optimism are definitely keys to success in teaching. Communicating clearly about the expectation of the both sides( teacher- student) . Finding and understanding the strength and weakness of the student is. Keeping progress log which is proven to be motivating and analytical for them.
