About Sherry
Hello! I am a former principal and experienced educator with a background in education leadership, communication, literacy, and student support. I have worked with students from diverse academic backgrounds and understand that every learner has unique strengths, challenges, and goals.
My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and personalized. I enjoy helping students improve reading comprehension, writing skills, organization, and overall academic confidence in a supportive environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and growing at their own pace.
I especially enjoy working with students who may feel overwhelmed, frustrated, or unsure of their abilities and helping them rediscover confidence in learning.

I believe students learn best when they feel supported, understood, and confident in their abilities. As a former principal and experienced educator, I work with students to strengthen reading comprehension, writing skills, literacy development, organization, and academic confidence in a calm and encouraging environment.
My lessons are personalized based on each student’s learning style, goals, and current challenges. Whether a student needs help improving reading fluency, strengthening essays, preparing for assignments, or building study skills, I focus on helping them make meaningful progress without feeling overwhelmed.
I especially enjoy helping students who may feel frustrated, anxious, or stuck academically regain confidence and develop strategies for long-term success.
