About Alexandra
Born and raised in France, I went to an international school in Paris from 3-18 years old and then pursued my higher education in England. I undertook a BA in Spanish and Italian at Bath University and an MSc in Strategic Marketing at Imperial College. From my younge age, I have always believed in the power of languages, appreciated the doors that it opened to me and therefore decided to teach them from the age of 15, in parallel of my studies and work to students aged from 8-20 years old.

I start by understanding who is my student : what are his/her strengths and weaknesses with the subject in question, what methodology at school he/she seems to respond/ or not to, what is his/her goal. From then I create a plan based on six weeks or more that will mix traditional (writing, reading, learning by heart) and interactive learning methods (role play, movies and books, activities) in a cyclic way. I trust that one knows something when he/she has learnt and forgotten it 1000times, which is why I think it is vital to always come back to the basics- in a similar way that the Dualingo app beautifully works.
