About Charis
I am a student studying French at Dundee University (2nd year). I have studied French for over 10 years and have completed SQA exams up to Advanced Higher level, as well as Intermediate French at the Open University.
I also have French relatives and have spent the summer in France every year growing up. I have a great passion for the language. I have previously tutored fellow and younger students for SQA exams, working to build on and support the lessons they take in school, to unlock their full potential and achieve a higher grade.
I am friendly, outgoing and patient, and I want the best for each of my students.

I can support National 5, Higher and Advanced Higher level French, focusing on the language structure, grammar and vocabulary.
I know that everyone learns differently and can adapt my teaching method to suit the individual. Personally I find that working with exercises and going over tricky concepts to understand the basis of the language is very effective. I aim to pinpoint the areas you struggle most with and work with you to help you to understand them.
