About Franco
I am a Data Analytics professional with over 4 years of industry experience and a strong background in business and finance, specialized in helping business-oriented profiles successfully transition into data roles. Earlier in my career, I worked in accounting and business functions before moving into Data Analytics by completing a Master’s degree and joining a data team from the ground up.
I also have academic teaching experience at Coderhouse and hands-on industry experience at companies such as Mercado Libre and Woolworths New Zealand, where I supported business stakeholders in becoming more data-driven and helped upskill junior analysts.
I enjoy teaching because I understand this transition first-hand and focus on clarity, structure, and confidence-building. My goal is to make data practical, accessible, and directly applicable to real business decisions.

My lessons are designed for business and finance professionals who want to transition into Data Analytics in a practical and structured way. I focus on building strong foundations in SQL and Python for data analysis, starting from an intermediate level of Excel and gradually moving toward real-world analytical workflows.
I combine clear explanations with hands-on exercises inspired by real industry problems. I have taught analytics to business profiles through academic programs at Coderhouse and through my professional experience at companies like Mercado Libre and Woolworths New Zealand, where I supported business teams and upskilled junior analysts.
Each lesson typically lasts 60 minutes and is fully personalised based on the student’s background, goals, and pace. Having made this transition myself—from a business and accounting background into a Data Analytics role after completing a Master’s degree—I understand the challenges and guide students step by step with empathy and clarity.
