About John
I have been tutoring people in life coaching for mental health and social inclusion for over ten years. I am EMCC qualified and have a track record of enabling people to attain their goals, hopes, dreams and aspirations in a practical timeframe. Hundreds of people have benefited and continue to benefit from my coaching techniques, whether for their own self-development or for enabling others to achieve their unique goals.

My teaching methodology works through a one-to-one or group consultation in complete confidentiality. I use time-honoured life coaching tools including the wheel of life and action plan. I enable individuals to ask powerful questions around their own current situation. I help people identify areas where they wish to see change in their lives and help enable them to make those changes in a practical timeframe. I use non-judgemental listening as one of my most powerful approaches. I also teach individuals and groups in these methods should they wish to gain their own tutoring expertise in social inclusion life coaching. My coaching has proven value in the field of mental wellbeing as well as being appropriate for general life coaching applications.
