About Steven
Hi Everyone,
I have been a trainer for 15 years delivering Key and Functional Skills, management training, train the trainer courses. In the last 5 years my main focus and passion had been delivering Coaching and Mentoring workshops. This has been the most exciting part of my career and I have witnessed lots of ‘light bulb’ moments in this journey. I have taught hundreds of students both young (17 yrs) and old.
My students have graduated either as apprentices or with an ILM level 5 in Coaching. I love both personally and to take others on a learning journey.

Hi, My name is Steve Peters. I am vastly experienced and passionate Coach and trainer. I have a Certificate in Education, qualified as an ILM level 7 Coach. I am also an Master NLP Practitioner. I have designed and can deliver an ILM Level 5 accredited Coaching and Mentoring workshop with lessons including differences between Coaching and Mentoring, Emotional Intelligence, Values and Beliefs, feedback and practical Coaching skills.
