About Kieran

I have played guitar for the past 13 and have completed the Rockschool Grade 8 qualification. I have experience of teaching 1 to 1 lessons to a young beginner for a full year before moving to Leeds! I also have experience teaching techniques to a variety of students on and off.

About the lesson

Hi everyone, my name is Kieran and I have been playing guitar for the past 13 years! i have completed Rockschool Grade 8 and can teach both beginners and intermediate.
The structure of my lessons will be guided ideally towards anything the student wants to learn. I believe that if you want to enjoy playing guitar you have to enjoy what you play! Of course i can also recommend pieces to learn.
For the more advanced players I can teach a wide range of techniques including sweep picking, thump style guitar, legato, multi-finger tapping, learning by ear, alternate picking and playing in odd time sigunatures.
