About Efren
My name is Efren Basilla,Jr. I am a tenured, professional and certified TEFL Teacher from the Philippines. I have committed myself to teaching for more than 30 years now. During the years of my teaching experience, I have developed my passion in teaching. I have touched the lives of my students and knowing that I became their inspiration when it comes to teaching because first and foremost my students learning has always been my goal. I always want to make sure that my students learn something from me whether big or small that they can use in their own everyday personal life. I am achieving this by utilizing relevant teaching strategies and techniques to make the lessons interesting, informative, and collaborative in such a way making the lessons appropriate to the level of learning of each student considering their individual differences. I also believe that in every lesson that my students take in my class is just a starting point as learning is a continuous process thereby making them life-long learners. No matter how old I become I will still continue my passion to teach.
