About Sharon
I am patient. I do not have a teaching license but I have a Master's degree in Biotechnology and a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology. I also have two children an 11-year-old and an 11-month-old whom I teach and there is nothing more beautiful than helping them achieve their goals one milestone at a time. I think out of the box and while being orthodox is great, dynamism and flexibility produce exceptional results.

You are unique, so are your learning abilities. It is alright not to understand a concept the first time you encounter it but it is not alright to give up because you didn’t get it. Language is practice. The start is awkward, but like babies it’s a process. You learn to sit, crawl, stand, walk then run. My teaching structure is as follows; - What do you know? Together we gauge your knowledge at the start of the learning process. - How do you learn? We get to know what teaching/learning methods work best for you - What do we want to achieve? We set a goal -How do we achieve this goal? We break it down into smaller objectives and set timelines - Are we making progress? We evaluate the progress we are making versus the objectives and timelines set. -We determine whether we are on track or whether we need to readjust teaching method or timelines -Work at it until we achieve our goal I am big on milestones, the process is just as important as the end goal.
