About Sara
I am moving to New Zealand for a year and want to do something that is related to my degree. I started tutoring when I was 16 and have been doing it alongside my studies since then. During high school, I was not particularly good at math, and it took me some time to learn to like it, if it hadn’t been for some teachers I had at university it would never have been possible. I want to help others the same way I was helped, and make mathematics more accessible to everyone. Besides my passion for the subject, I enjoy teaching a lot and find that I can always learn something from it.

My relationship with math has never been easy! Because of this, I try to understand each student’s perspective and help them in their math journey. I did the mathematics exams for access to US universities (SAT), the high school diploma in the French education system, and studied math at a British university, so I am also used to very diverse ways of studying math. I also have experience working as a content creator for math exams and creating accessible online resources for math students (if you check STARMAST you can see some of my work there :)). I know math is not easy, and each person has a different way of understanding it, I will always try my best to be patient, and make it as fun as possible!
