About Fiyinfoluwa
Hi! My name is Fiyin, and I am a graduate of International Relations from Covenant University. I’m also a published writer where I co-authored of a book in high school named “Aisha’s response to the world” and my write-ups featured twice in The Girl Child International Magazine. But beyond my academic and writing background, I am someone who truly understands what it means to struggle with learning and then find a method that finally works.
During university, I realized that I didn’t thrive with traditional studying methods. I had to create a personal study style that matched how I think and absorb information. Once I did that, everything changed for me and I have been passionate ever since about helping others find their own learning rhythm.
I want to teach because I believe everyone learns differently, and with the right support, anyone can improve and even enjoy learning. Whether you’re trying to spell better, write stronger essays, or simply read with more confidence, I am here to guide you not just as a tutor, but as someone who’s been on the journey too.

When I was in university, I faced academic challenges that forced me to rethink how I learned. I wasn't the best at written exams, but I thrived in class discussions, presentations, and writing projects. It wasn’t until I developed a personalized study style one that combined structured reading, repetition, and audio learning that I began to see real progress. In my final semester, I earned my highest GPA. That experience lit a fire in me: I knew I wanted to help others discover what works best for them too.
As a tutor, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all teaching. My goal is to help you uncover your unique learning style, whether it's through visual tools, creative writing techniques, or breaking topics into simpler, relatable parts. Whether we’re working on reading, spelling, essay writing, or proofreading, I’ll guide you with patience and insight drawn from my own journey. Learning becomes easier and even enjoyable when it’s done in a way that clicks for you.
