About Connor
I am a recent Bachelors of Education graduate from Nipissing University, with teachables in Biology and Chemistry (Intermediate/Senior Divison). During my time teaching, I have worked in both the elementary and high school setting as either a math or science teacher. Asides from my background in teaching/education, I am also a camp coordinator in the summer with Nipissing University.

My teaching methodology revolves around the "Pygmalion effect", as I believe that others' expectations (in this case, the instructor/teacher) of a target person affects that of the target person's said performance. Thus, my methodology of teaching aims to promote one's unique traits/abilities from an early standpoint, while simultaneously advancing that of their skills that require further practice. I believe that every individual has the capacity to excel in education and that it is my duty as an educator to help students realize their own potential.
