I have abundance of passion and energy for my profession and I respect the needs of every body. I have many years of experience with students of all ages and levels. I have also been a trainer for dance competitions. I guarantee a nice atmosphere in the class and I make all my students feel thereselves and comfortable within their own body!

With extensive experience in dance and later in Pilates, I have created my own method called body conditioning. This class will strengthen you, improve your posture and focus on flexibility. In addition I teach Pilates classes that have a special flow and are movement orientated.
