About Simon

Graduate of the Master 2 in business law and taxation from the University of Aix-Marseille, the Magistère in Business Law, Taxation and Accounting and the DU in internal and international arbitration law from the University of Montpellier (major promotion), I offer face-to-face or distance learning law courses.

With teaching experience at University (tutor for law degrees) and a practical vision of law (presidency of a legal assistance association, legal clinic, law firms, tax department of a large French company and arbitrator), I wish to transmit the knowledge as well as the methodology necessary to successfully complete one's studies or train in these areas.

About the lesson

I base my teaching on practice as well as personalized lessons. Former tutor for licenses at the faculty, I think it is very important to explain to the student the expected methodology and to have them practice exercises regularly so that they can approach their courses, tutorials and exams with confidence.
However, I do not neglect the importance of learning your course in advance.

When I start a lesson, I ask the student if they have not understood a point in their lessons so that I can come back to it, if necessary with concrete examples.
I can also test his knowledge on his course in order to confront him on technical/difficult points, making the practice more fluid and more efficient.

The course generally ends with a few course questions or with exercises on the points where difficulties appeared.

Finally, knowing the importance of good command of the language, I also strive to help the student to better structure their tutorials/exercises but also to train them in orality.
