About Tarun

I’m a B.Tech graduate currently working as a Network Engineer, and I’m deeply passionate about teaching and sharing knowledge with young learners. My journey in the technical field has helped me build a strong foundation in logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication — skills that I love bringing into the classroom. Alongside my professional career, I am also preparing for the UPSC examination, which constantly motivates me to stay updated, disciplined, and deeply connected with my basics. Teaching school students not only allows me to guide and mentor them but also helps me reinforce my own fundamentals and keep my learning spirit alive. As a teacher, my goal is to make learning simple, interactive, and enjoyable. I believe that every child can understand complex topics if taught with patience, clarity, and real-life examples. My classes are structured to encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and confidence — ensuring students learn how to think, not just what to think. With my background in technology and my genuine love for teaching, I strive to create a trustworthy, engaging, and supportive learning environment where students feel inspired to achieve their best.

About the lesson

My Approach as a Teacher:
As a teacher, my approach centers on active learning — I believe that students learn best when they are engaged, curious, and involved in the process. I focus on creating a positive and interactive environment where every child feels confident to share ideas and ask questions.

Teaching Techniques and Methods:
I use a blend of visual aids, storytelling, real-life examples, and interactive questioning to make lessons both clear and enjoyable. I also incorporate short activities, games, or quizzes to reinforce concepts and keep the energy of the class high. For complex topics, I follow a “show, tell, and do” method — first demonstrating, then explaining, and finally guiding students as they practice on their own.

Structure of a Typical Class:

Warm-up (2–3 minutes): A short question, fun fact, or quick recap to spark curiosity.

Concept Explanation (10 minutes): Introduction of the topic with visuals, stories, or examples.

Activity / Practice (10 minutes): Students engage through exercises, games, or discussions.

Review and Feedback (5 minutes): Recap key points and encourage questions to ensure understanding.

My Special Features as a Teacher:
I’m known for my friendly communication, patience, and ability to explain complex ideas in simple, relatable ways. I encourage participation from every child and adapt my teaching style to suit different learning paces. I also emphasize real-world connections — helping students understand why they are learning something, not just what they are learning.

Intended Learners:
My classes are designed especially for school children, typically between ages 8–14, focusing on developing not just academic understanding but also confidence, curiosity, and communication skills.
