I believe the best of education is fundamentally dedicated to helping each student realize his or her goals in life, learn, have fun, and continue to grow into mature young people. I believe that the best of education is to make a meaningful long-term contribution to people in and out of the classroom. I understand the importance of developing and sustaining quality relationships, while placing the interests of others before my own. This deep understanding of the quality and depth of relationships allows us to gain an integral sense of self and other which stimulates and creates a safe and cohesive learning environment that promotes and engages students and encourages dialogue.

My goal in education is to ultimately mobilize students to clarify aspirations and to solve difficult problems. I love watching students learn new concepts and gain a deeper access of self and others that provides new meaning and helps mold their decision-making. I have a passion for learning and exchanging knowledge with highly talented individuals that wish to achieve excellence in their daily lives. Toward this end, I have nurtured an atmosphere of safe learning, encouraging guided trial and error practice, letting students have the freedom to learn how to improve and how to succeed so their improvements can guide their success.
I believe that I have a unique ability to communicate and doing that through the art of storytelling within the structure of education allows me the opportunity to inspire students to be the author of their own unique story. My life’s mission is about pursuing the highest possible standards that I set for myself and helping people become a better version of themselves on a daily basis through support, motivation, and inspiration. My happiness is predicated off of others’ happiness by positively impacting their journey. I want to continue my work in education because it remains an urgent need that we mold our leaders of tomorrow with the education they need today.
