My way of method is completely different. I teach them by giving them practical examples so that they can easily understand. I treat them as they are my own children. Will appreciate them if they will do good will teach them again politely if I'll feel they're doing mistake. Will try to solve their problems/mistakes. That doesn't mean I will not be strict.
