About Minahil

My name is Minahil.

I feel that I would be a great tutor because I have current experience having tutored for around 2 months since i graduated from school myself. During this time I have strongly grown as a tutor. I am able to connect very well with the students, which allows the students to establish a comfort level with me very quickly.

Additionally, I am very punctual and organised, which makes my lessons very easy to follow for students but also ensures that the students receive the most clarified answers to their questions and confusions. I also always ensure that I respond to my students very quickly should they ever need me outside of class, and am constantly always ready to provide them with any extra help or resources that they may need.

Furthermore, even outside of the subject's content, I am able to give impartial and tailored advice to students on general study tips as well as make them feel more confident about any concerns they may have for their VCE journey as a whole.

I also have very strong communication skills with other tutors and fellow colleagues as well; if I have any questions of confusions of my own, I am able to clearly and confidently communicate these early on to avoid any difficulties that may arise as a result later.

Lastly, I have a very strong expertise in VCE Psychology. This year, I will commence my first year of studies at RMIT University's Bachelor of Psychology. Having covered a crash course of my semester 1 subjects during these holidays, I believe that my expertise will ensure that I am better able to concisely provide students with a sound understanding of the knowledge they are required to be proficient in as outlined in the VCAA VCE Psychology study design. Having graduated last year recently, I am extemely familiar with the current study design.

About the lesson

You will receive the resources that I used during my own VCE Psychology, as well as access to even more resources that I utilise during class, such as powerpoints and practice SACs. I also put strong emphasis on being familiar with exam style questions; you will receive constant exposure to VCAA exam style questions each lesson to really strengthen your proficiency with the content. You will also consistently receive personalised and targetted feedback to improve the quality of your responses so that you are most prepared for any assessment style questions. I am also very punctual with replies to any questions out of class, and have a reasonably flexible schedule to conduct as many classes as you need every week.
